 Post subject: Can cloud computing kill powerful desktops and laptops?

With everything slated to move into the cloud, including desktops, is it possible that one day, companies won't have any PCs and laptops in office? Thin clients would replace PCs, and smartphones would come in place of laptops? What are your views?
