recently indian govt has auctioned 3g and bwa licenses separately. 3g is a matured version of 2g with enhanced data transfer rates, which is a wireless broadband infact. in what way bwa license differs with a 3g license?
i guess a bwa license holder cannot support voice calls whereas a 3g license holder can support both voice and data is this right?
bwa license holders will ever be able to provide voice?
on which standard bwa works? does our existing 3g cellular phone support this bwa?
what happens if a 3g phone subscriber wishes to use bwa service in the same device due to some reason, say, cheaper data tariff?
if govt. returns 3g fee to bsnl and mtnl, they will not offer 3g services. and govt. will re-allocate the slots to other players. right?
