USB issue

Not able to delete data from any pen drive or usb hdd from my laptop but on other desktop or laptop it is working fine. reinstallation of Operating System is already done.

any one can help me to come out from this problem.

Which OS are you using? And what's working fine on other desktop and laptop?

please tell me if you are using extension for USB.Please insert pen drive in USB port built on motherboard not in your cabinet or extension cable this happens with me also.
